Meet Aly

Most people feel more comfortable doing business with someone they know and someone who they feel will relate to them. So let me tell you a little about myself.

I have lived in Oakville with my family since 1973. However, that was after having moved continents, countries, provinces, cities and neighbourhoods a great many times. Consequently, I am very familiar with the stress surrounding a move of your residence. My daughter, Heidi, is in Management at our Corporate Head Office.

I have a combined total of eight children, four of my own and four acquired through a second marriage. This has produced 19 grandchildren since 1992! Perhaps because of this, my favourite charity is the children's hospital for this area - Chedoke-McMaster Hospital and I strongly support them by giving a portion of every real estate transaction to them.

Travel is my favourite thing to do and speaking ENGLISH, FRENCH and SPANISH fluently facilitates this. Golf is a passion, as is live theatre and reading, but sometimes you can't beat a good movie. Entertaining and cooking are two other things I am very fond of..despite a rather uncertain time schedule it always works out (well, usually it works out). I enjoy home decorating and am always in some stage of redoing our home, much to my husband's dismay and amusement.

The Fish that Bit the Crab Aly Noel

Recently I have written a children's book entitled "The Fish that Bit the Crab". A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this book go to Royal LePage Shelter Foundation to put abuse out of commission and to create safer homes and safer communities. If you would like to find out more about my book, please email me.

Professionally, I am in the top 5% of the company sales and have been a consistent award winner since joining Royal LePage in 1980. I keep myself current and on the cutting edge of change and technology by taking a great many courses over the years. I work tirelessly to either sell the listings that I represent (and have a 98-99% success ratio in most years) or to find the best possible home for my clients. Referrals are the backbone of my business and I feel only through service and care of my clients, can I ensure they will refer me to friends, family and associates.
